Service Dogs
These dogs are more than pets—they’re lifelines.
Healing with Four Paws
Exceptional Dogs.
Proven Training.
Life-Changing Results.
We raise our puppies with one goal in mind: to serve American Heroes who need them. They have the steady temperament, focus, and drive it takes to become trusted Service Dogs. They’re trained with compassion and purpose, and they're prepared for the real world from the start. What makes them exceptional isn’t just what they can do, but who they become to their Veteran: a partner they can depend on in the moments that matter most.
Trained to ADI Standards
Public Access Working Dogs
Our highly-trained Public Access Working Dogs are held to rigorous standards set by Assistance Dogs International (ADI). They’re specifically trained to help mitigate the disabilities of American Veterans and assist them with daily tasks, improving their physical and emotional independence.
Daily life assistance
In-Home Working Dogs
In-Home Working Dogs are trained to assist their Veterans with specific tasks within the home. Unlike Public Access Service Dogs, In-Home Working Dogs do not have public access and are not permitted to work in locations outside the home. However, they provide valuable assistance and support to their Veterans throughout their daily lives.
Emotional Support Therapy
Facility Dogs
Facility Dogs improve the morale of both clients and staff members within a specific facility, and they only have public access within the building they work in. Patriot PAWS has been honored with the privilege of placing Facility Dogs in various Children’s Advocacy Centers, Mental Health Programs for First Responders, and even Exercise Training Centers for individuals with physical disabilities.
Ready for a fur-ever home
Dog Adoption
At Patriot PAWS, we recognize that not all dogs are suited to be Service Dogs, but that doesn’t mean they can’t bring joy and companionship to a loving family. We offer adoption services for dogs that didn’t meet our Service Dog training standards. These dogs have received basic obedience training and have been socialized with other animals and people, making them wonderful pets for any home.

Help us keep changing Veterans’ lives, four paws at a time.
Patriot PAWS' mission isn’t possible without your donations. Each of our Service Dogs takes 18–24 months to train at a cost of over $45,000. Veterans will never receive a bill, so every dollar makes a difference. Your generosity will go right to work to help Veterans with mobile disabilities and Post-Traumatic Stress.
