Help Us Give a Veteran a New Leash on Life
Our goal is to raise $6,000 to sponsor a Service Dog to change the life of a Veteran. These heroes live every day with the physical, emotional, and mental scars of their tremendous sacrifice. With a Service Dog, these brave men and women regain their independence and hope.

Our Partnership With New Country 96.3 and Hawkeye & Michelle
Pet for a Vet is an initiative of the Dallas-Fort Worth radio station New Country 96.3 (KSCS-FM) and its morning show, Hawkeye & Michelle, to sponsor a puppy with Patriot PAWS Service Dogs. Each year, the duo raises funding to sponsor a puppy through Patriot PAWS, and listeners will get the chance to follow the sponsored puppy through two years of training. Stay tuned after the event is over to see what the pup's name will be!
Every dollar raised for Pet for a Vet goes directly towards training our Service Dogs and providing bedding, enrichment, and other essentials needed for them to thrive. Since the program began in 2021, listeners of New Country 96.3 and Hawkeye & Michelle have raised more than $130,000 to help provide Service Dogs for Veterans in need.
